Heartland Community Church Praise & Prayer Privacy Statement:

All requests, announcements, and praise reports submitted through the Heartland Community Church web site are available only to those of the Heartland Family who have been given access to view submitted information.  You must select whether the information is confidential or may be shared. 

When "Confidential" is selected, access is given only to the Prayer Chain.  Information you have identified as "confidential" will not be shared beyond the Prayer Chain without your consent. 

When "Public Information" is selected, access is given to the following:

• Prayer Chain
• Pastoral Care Team
• Pastors
• Staff
• Elders/Trustees
• Women's Prayer Team
• Your Ministry/Community Group Leader (only for births, deaths, or hospitalizations)

Public Information may be shared with the congregation during announcements or through publication in the bulletin when appropriate.

You must read and agree with this privacy statement to be able to submit your praise and prayer information.  Your choice of "Confidential" or "Public Information" and your agreement to these terms authorizes Heartland Community Church to share your praise and prayer information in the manner described above.
